For those of you left.... What are your thoughts on a 3rd dose of the vaccine 8 months after your second jab? There seems to be very limited data on this at the moment, other than a bit of info out of Israel that shows a 3rd jab of the mRNA vaccines shows an increased level of antibodies. But from my understanding, they're only using Pfizer.

This obviously leaves a lot of questions regarding Moderna and Johnson and Johnson. I'm not even sold on the idea of a booster being needed for all ages.

What are your thoughts?

Dear Isreal,

The person has to develop a breakthrough infection first for any of that to matter, and the chances of this happening in a vaccinated person, while not zero, are quite low.

Heard back from my PMD this morning and she recommends it for me due to my history however I need to wait until December because they want an 8 month period from the last shot.

That's not how body builders look year round.
He's gone 2 weeks hard cut and last few days on pills to reduce water retention to get the 'look'.

Mostly, body builders eat healthy as **** and have more normal fat levels - not KC/USA fat levels but closer to regular folks from countries that don't count fried as main food group.

LOL, try 12 or 16 weeks.

And the constant steroid use and massive food consumption is hell on the lipids and blood pressure (which is bad enough from the enormous body size as it is). GH use causes severe insulin resistance.

Dude, they're never healthy.
