.... please just go to the DC and discuss your opinions there.

For those of you left.... What are your thoughts on a 3rd dose of the vaccine 8 months after your second jab? There seems to be very limited data on this at the moment, other than a bit of info out of Israel that shows a 3rd jab of the mRNA vaccines shows an increased level of antibodies. But from my understanding, they're only using Pfizer.

This obviously leaves a lot of questions regarding Moderna and Johnson and Johnson. I'm not even sold on the idea of a booster being needed for all ages.

What are your thoughts?

So, I was super tired almost 24 hours after my 2nd shot last week. Does that mean my immune system is weak?

I haven't really paid much attention to the 3rd dose talk as of now. Is the third dose just the same thing as the first two doses? I just might wait for a while before doing anything. I took the first two doses after serious thought and maybe I'm crazy but I'm not concerned at all. I'm 75 years old and in amazing (I think) health for my age. I've seen a doctor twice in the last three years and the first time was for an accident to my arm and the second time for an annual checkup (everything was good). I don't take the yearly flu shots and the last two years I haven't even had a cold during the winter. Yes, I have been blessed.

Pretty much nobody has had a cold the last 2 years (masks, social distancing)

Same here and with the majority of people. No fever or anything just fatigue for 24 hours or so. It's a natural reaction to the vaccine.Your body is doing what its suppose to do.

Yes, no reason not too. Considering 4.8+ billion vaccine shots have been given, there hasn't been almost no issues.

Thanks for the info on novavax. I'm 8 mos past my covid infection and am looking into the options.

I had to go with "undecided" because I have no idea what they'll recommend for the J&J vaccine. It almost certainly won't be a "third" dose, but it wouldn't surprise me at all if they recommended a booster at some point.

That said, if the recommendation is to do another round, sure. I'm in.
