What in the hell are you watching? This is absolutely inconsistent with my observations. He has a more accurate deep ball than RG3 and terrific poise in the pocket even under pressure. He RARELY stares at the rush, typically only when someone comes completely free. I have watched several hours of this kid and I can tell that you are completely off-base here.
