For quick chicken Go Chicken Go by Rockhurst College is pretty darn good. The fried livers and gizzard with gravy dippin sauce were good. That stuff was deadly when you had to go back to work outside in the heat 95 with 60% humidity.

I'll also add that Ruby's was great. She would often come around and look at your plate when writing up your check. If you had a clean plate, your meal would be $6 or $7. If you left food on your plate, she'd charge you $8 or $9. heh
