Heart Rate extremely Elevated
Saw my regular physician for annual check-up on Monday. My resting Heart Rate was 110. BP normal at 121/77. I am scheduled to see the cardiologist next week. Anyone experienced problem with heart rate like this? I am 6 foot, 200 lbs. Frankly I am scared.

Don't drink soda or eat chocolate. Exercise by walking 2+ miles everyday. The suddenness of the jump has caused great anxiety.

Not kidding at all here. That anxiety isn't helping. Knowing your heart rate is elevated just elevates it more.

I hear ya brother. IT's a grind for sure. Just do your best to try to relax, take time to take a deep breath and decompress. Hopefully it's something minor. Your BP seems normal, and while 110 is high, it's not admit you to the hospital high.
