How often do you eat a home-cooked meal?

With all the food posts lately, I'm wondering how often you eat a meal that's made at home. Frozen pizzas, etc. don't count. I'm talking about a meal that takes some thought and time to make. Oh, breakfast is unique because cereal, toast, etc. are easy, so it's not a deal breaker. It's better than donuts, though.

I'd make a poll, but the options are overwhelming.

We'll figure 21 meals per week (you get the math I'm sure).

what are good meals for a single guy like myself to make/prepare at home that don't require a ton of energy or equipment but also don't require a lot of clean up!?

I literally go out to eat every single meal.

We don't eat out at all unless we have to be on the road for some reason. We also don't eat much in the way of packaged food. There is a big box of taquitos in the freezer but the kids mostly have a few for an after school snack.

Mac and cheese (Velveeta with the liquid cheese, so you don't have to mix). Brown some ground beef and onion. Nuke some peas or corn. Mix together.

Chicken breast on a George Foreman, wipe clean when done.
Baked potato, buy one of those baked potato bags on amazon. It makes a pretty good baked potato in the microwave and no cleanup.

Add whatever condiments and seasonings you watch to each item.

Buy frozen meat. Hamburger patties, boneless/skinless chicken breast, fish filets. Buy side dishes. Rice-A-Roni, Pasta-Roni, frozen ravioli, french fries, potato patties. You can throw frozen french fries in the oven, seasoned with onion powder/garlic powder/ salt, then make a burger or two while they bake.

I was answering more dinners. If you are talking all meals, say 21 per week, I probably eat 19 meals per week at home. I love to cook, and I'm generally particular about my nutrition, so it makes sense to me.

Spaghetti. I'll cook an entire box of noodles and a pound of ground beef at one time. Only takes about 15 minutes and I usually have enough to last me for two dinners and two lunches.
