Keep in mind that you're a novice lifter for a longer period of time than you think you are. Novice lifting can last anywhere from a few months to a year or two, depending on how hard you hit the weights and where you started.

Once you've reached the point where you don't make regular progress on the SS program, you are ready to move on to the intermediate stage, which can last you for a good number of years. Find it HERE:

If you're a very advanced lifter (many, many years of CONSISTENT weight training), then there are lot of programs out there, and which one you pick is simply a matter of preference. If you're really that advanced, you should know what works for you and what doesn't by this point.

I have no room for extraneous fats in my macros. There's already enough in the egg yolks.

Even with all of my soccer, I don't think I need more than that. I'm afraid if I increase, I'll start putting on fat. I like having a six pack in the winter. Means cutting down in the summer will be that much easier.

Had the toughest bike ride of my life yesterday. The distance was only 45 miles, but large portions of it were into the wind and the climb was crazy. A total climb of 3,450 feet over 4 hours.

Weighing in at 262, down 158 from my high weight with 37-42 lbs. to go.

Eat less, move more!

I don't need it either. But I have two kids and a constant amount of shit food around. Eating habits have been all f'd up with new job as well.

Need to get back on track!

Ever since I stopped doing the low carb thing, I don't eat nearly as many carbs when they're around. My diet is 90% chicken breast and fruit.

Yep. My cousin is a 300 pound fatass yet won't drink diet soda. Only the hardcore stuff for him.

Diet is actually worse for you than a regular soda. I love soda, when I have one it's usually a clear one. Those are suppose to be "healthier" for you too. Lol healthy and soda shouldn't belong in the same sentence.
