I weighed about 220 this summer (from all the boozing) and decided enough was enough so I started working out again.

I don't think I could ever be fat though...not in my genes. 220 was about as far as I could go I think.

No, but usually I don't think average people who are 6'2" wouldn't be able to run a mile that quickly. I guess I'm wrong.
