Crazy Browns WR Deal: Jerry Jeudy $58m over 3 years and $41m guaranteed
This deal is so crazy is deserves it's own thread. It's even more mental when you take into account the Hollywood Brown and Curtis Samuel deals done this week. ...what the ****? |

Why they just didn’t wait to see how he meshes with Watson is beyond me

Good thing Hollywood agreed to terms before this happened. Can’t believe he had to take a 1-year deal. Pat’s going to get him $20 million a year.

Kirk got 18 million a year.
What's crazy is how Jeudy has been used so far. If you want to make him a focal he could get 100 catches a year.

Watson is a dumpster fire. It won't matter a bit.
YOLO balls to Hopkins made Watson look like a good QB. He isn't. |

I wonder what Steve Smith Sr thinks of this deal

It's hilarious to think that the Browns could be the unquestioned 2nd best team in the AFC right now if they pay Baker right after his awful play injured season for a slight discount.
I know we make fun of the Niners for their amazeballs roster and game manager QB who can't get it done, but the Browns without Watson's contract and those draft picks back? Assuming Baker plays like he did in 2020 or slightly better? This isn't helping. |

The Browns are upset with the Commanders, Raiders, and Broncos, because they used to be the undisputed worst organization in the league, and now they are really having to work to get the title back.
I am surprised that 100% of the contract wasn't guaranteed. If they keep this up, soon special teams gunners will be getting multi-year guaranteed contracts because the Browns just can't help themselves. |
