Recently watched it on AppleTV.
It was ploddingly slow. There were several references to his charisma - yet there was nothing shown that gave any evidence of that. Instead, it was uncharismatic.
The visuals were good.

Its frankly amazing just how bad this thing bombed, a Joaquin Phoenix and Ridley Scott historical epic couldn't miss, right?

The only couple of generally positive reviews I've seen are here on CP, what a massive bomb
