The fans of teams justifying their teams and QBs is getting beyond silly. The Bills fans, for one example, are really reaching deep in the denial bag. Please post what you find.

When you strip it all down and realy look at it, take away the team name, the supporting cast, the coaches, team mates, you're not left with one of the best quarterbacks in the league, you're left with the best quarterback in the league. 17 is the most polarizing player in the modern NFL era. If 17 is dropped into any NFL roster, 17 immediately makes that team more of a contender than any quarterback in the league would. There's a reason 17 is the most played player in Madden, 17 is a living breathing cheat code.

You're comparing different qbs in different systems.

Cam newton was also once again hurt in the pocket from an awkward hit. Rotator cuff injury

Once cam couldn't run his passing was exposed. Same thing is happening to Lamar Jackson

This isn't true. Newton' had one great season

Most of the others were below avg passing and him doing rpo stuff. He also fell off fast after shoulder injury in the pocket

So did Favre Young and Elway in a much tougher era for qbs...I'm not worried about Allen scrambling. I'm worried about no legitimate running game to create conflict and a Missed block hurting Allen in the pocket

Lamar is in that decline currently imo. We'll see if he can stay healthy and make a run this year. If not, the ravens window will be slammed shut.

Allen was 4th in EPA PASSING. even without his rushing. He was also rated number one or two under pressure passing according to pff

Allen was number one in 3rd down conversion and I think he was top 5 in y/a

I wish Josh Allen could play Daniel Jones and the 49 ers rb to get to a super bowl.

It is what it is. The victors write the history and football can be cruel.

I don't know what will happen in the near future. I know buffalo has had some terrible luck combined with McDermott brain farts combined with trying to break thru in an era where mahomes is probably going to go down as the greatest QB in NFL history with a great coach.

It's not easy

Rodgers and Marino have like 35 years of combined football years with one chip. ONE....

Allen has to step up. I just want to see what he can do with a top oline and legit running game. You can't just pass it 50 straight times especially in the playoffs

Mac won't make the playoffs

If I'm a betting man I have buffalo probably losing another heartbreaker to kc in the AFC championship.

Only shot is Allen plays historical or Allen plays good but Von Miller takes over the game with Rousseau and Floyd

I can't bet against mahomes tho.

Before Allens elbow injury he outplayed mahomes yet again and had a QB rating of 109
After partially tearing his elbow his QB rating was 94 in the second half of the year which is still pretty remarkable



I personally think mahomes is the greatest QB I've ever seen in I believe he is going to be a babe Ruth like legend.

But can we please live in reality

Allen has broken Dan Marino's TD record for his first five years and tied Manning in TD ( passes) for his first five years. Mahomes probably tops him because he didn't play as a rookie but it's still incredible...

Cam Newton took his team to a Super Bowl.
