This is a dumb question, but can someone identify the band members on this album from left to right? I've tried to look them up, but other photos don't seem to match up with what people look like on this cover.

So Ronnie Van Zant is the short guy in front?

It seems like every other photo of him is in a hat, so I had no idea which one was him.
