I have to question whether Watson really wants to win if he chooses the Jets. If he doesn't like the way the Texans do things then look at the recent history of the New York.
Either Watson thinks that he can turn things around by himself, or he is more concern about market size and money. |

Looking more and more like the Texans may force Watson to sit out this year rather than trade him.

Also, the franchise called players “inmates”, traded a solid LT cheap for his BLM advocacy, traded a top 3 WR for peanuts because BOB allegedly didn’t like his baby mommas, let JJ Watt find his own team when they could have traded him for a pick, and are now holding Watson hostage.
Doesn’t take a genius to find the common thread. |

You “he signed a contract” asshats are transparent AF.
Watt was under contract too and there was minimal criticism of him wanting out of this dumpster fire. |

I'm not saying we should always side with the owners, especially not the Texans, but Watson certainly hasn't done this the right way either. |

They offered him a top of market deal, which he smartly took. Then the Texans alienated him on the GM and coach searches. And here we are. |

The alienation started before he signed the contract though. This one isn't black and white, although the team is definitely stupid beyond reason.

It’s possible for a franchise to be both stupid and racist, however. |

Probably a sizable number of owners telling McNair not to give in.
