I think last year we talked about them doing these rankings, votes and interviews in November, not sure if that's true. But it was the reason that Patrick was #4 behind Khalil Mack, Drew Brees and Aaron Donald. I'm thinking with Patrick's injuries in the middle of the season, that he won't be as high as he should be, if the November time frame is true for the NFL top 100. If the voting was November again, Mahomes might be lower than 4th in the ranking. Pretty dumb that it takes them 9 months to put together the ranking. Might as well wait until playoffs are done to do the voting.
