I hate paying that much dead money. But it may not be a bad idea to cut our losses if we have no confidence in his ability to play any games. It means we take a big cap hit next year but we save ourselves from getting sledgehammered for 2 or 3 yes instead

Time to move on this offseason. He can take a pay cut or get cut. No team is going to pay him significant money.

Can't cut him if he's hurt. I bet that heel is going to be "bothering" him well into next season.

Absolute disaster of a contract. Dorsey is a damn dufus when it comes to contracts. Veach hasn't donr better at all for that matter.

Cut him. **** it, I’ve been patient enough and have had it.
He has missed a lot of playing time. 3 of the last 4 seasons he hasn’t really played. He can’t stay healthy and he is probably not the same player he once was. No use keeping him. He is just gonna take up cap space and give you limited productivity. There is no value in keepig Berry at this point. Love the guy and all, but this organization needs to make better use of its cap space and money. If I were the Chiefs, the plan would be to draft his replacement either in the 1st or 2nd round.

No but if Dorsey is gonna get all the credit for drafting guys like Mahomes from some people, then he gets all of the blame for this disastrous contract.
