Chiefs continuing to host QB prospects

Watson, Mahommes and Kizer all visited KC recently. Today it's Josh Dobbs per Jeremy Fowler.

IMO this is the QB the Chiefs will most likely draft.

Lol not to be a dick Run, but you've said that about every QB over the last few months.

I do agree that Dobbs is one of the most likely candidates though.

Yeah you're right, and part of that is hope that we will draft Mahommes or Kizer, but let's be honest here...the Chiefs are going to draft Peterman or Dobbs or Kaaya. One of the later wave guys..

Because....

My brother and I haven't renewed our tickets yet, and the ticket representatives have been calling asking "What can we do to get you back?". I said "Draft a first round quarterback." To which the guy responded, "Well, I can't say for sure, but I can say that there's a very good chance of that happening."

My brother had the same conversation with another rep. I get it, they're trying to sell tickets...but it's obvious that they're being directed to say that from somewhere.

For whatever that's worth.

Back to Dobbs..he's got everything the Chiefs look for in their history:

-incredibly smart (Aerospace Engineering).
-pro style experience..goes through progressions
-good frame
-outstanding athletic ability

Every QB Dorsey has drafted was from a pro style offense and Andy loves him some smart QB's who can run

My board:
Deshaun Watson and Patrick Mahommes > Josh Dobbs.
Josh Dobbs > Mitchell Trubisky and Brad Kaaya.

All depends on who is left at 27. We don't know how draft day will shake out yet. We still might trade up. In Dorsey I trust. But he better pick Dobbs if they miss out on Mahommes and Watson. Otherwise, I'm going to pissed. Dobbs is special.

They're going to draft Beathard in the 5th and you will damn well like it.
