Try clearing your browser cache. You could also try to delete any browser cookies for amazon.

If you get the same results with other browsers then you need to look at firewall, router and/or add-ons that you have in both browsers If a different browser works correctly then Try booting the 1st browser in safe mode and then load Amazon. Safe mode doesn't use any add-ons etc. Then you can turn each add-on back on one at a time and see which one is causing issue. It's a process of elimination, one you find the on/off switch for the issue then you can adjust and fix it.

Thanks guys. I've tried all those already. It doesn't work on any browser. Firefox, Chrome or IE.

Okay, I just tried rebooting in Safe Mode With Networking, and Amazon loads on all browsers. Thanks Laz.
I already tried booting normally and disabling all add-ons, but I'll try it again now.

Rebooted and it worked one time. Disabled all add-ons and it still won't load. This sucks.

Yeah, I gave up and just decided to deal with it. Since it is happening on two different computers in two different locations, on multiple browsers, its something out of our control.

Try ADW cleaner, its free and recently bought by Malware Bytes. It's a PUP cleaner and might help. Also I would try uninstalling your Chrome/Firefox browsers and reinstalling them again. If that doesn't work then set the computer on fire.

Funny. I have been having major issues with streaming Amazon video (Goliath) on my TV app. All other apps work fine, just error messages galore with the Amazon app.

But, it works fine in Safe Mode... I have already tried uninstalled both Firefox and Chrome.

Looking into this further, I'm wondering if it might be some adware/spyware/malware blocker? Are you running any? Looks like one called CA Internet Security is a known offender. If everything works in Safe Mode with Networking, then the issue must be related to something being applied by your own computer. Have you tried temporarily disabling any virus/spyware/malware/etc protection and testing? If it's multiple browsers, I'd suspect some app like that as opposed to a browser setting or addon.
What OS? What security software are you running?

Worse comes to worse, I could always Bomgar into your machine and manually disable SCEP for you. Win7 is weak. Don't want to get you in trouble with your admin though....
