First thing I would do I unplug the network cable from the computer or disable the WIFI. More than likely he setup up a way to remote access to your computer. So if you don't want him messing with your stuff remove your computer from the internet until you wipe your computer clean.

Just to be safe make sure you change your router admin password of the default settings. It takes me about 2 seconds to hack into someone's router if they leave the default settings.
