Thing I wonder is the wiki article says the Cowboys, in this situation are "entitled" to two 1sts. Not guaranteed, but entitled.
.. Doesn't that allow a team like Dallas flexibility in preventing a guy like Dez from going to a rival by tagging him but allowing a team like Houston to acquire him for less than two firsts? Hypothetically, of course.
