Thank you.

None of the characters are likable. They're all annoying. The plot is uninteresting.

And worst of all, whenever you try to say be diplomatic and say, "It's just not my thing, you know?" you get people that say, "Well you probably don't get most of the jokes because you're too young for them!"

That's like saying I can't laugh at Dr. Strangelove because I wasn't alive during the beginning of the Cold War. I understand the humor wrapped up in the depiction of the setting. I get that fathers did weird shit like order leg lamps. I can point out all the so-called "jokes" in that movie. None of them are really that funny. That's the entire problem.

Also, have I mentioned that the narrator's voice is the TRUE most annoying sound in the world?

We watched Christmas vacation last night. Still funny. Sad to see the days of Christmas bonuses are now in the past. I had to explain to my kids what those were...(

We generally love Christmas with the Kranks and Christmas Story will never be topped.

But one that I thought of last night that didn't make the list was Jingle All the Way. I thought Sinbad and Arnold were great in that.

Whatever happened to Sinbad?

I'm going to go Hootie on this.

Tell me why a Christmas Story is funny. Or heartwarming. Or entertaining. Or interesting. Or scary. Tell me what makes it good. What is its redeeming quality? What are the funny jokes? What's funnier about that than say, Cousin Eddie emptying his RV's chemical sewage tank on Christmas morning?

A Christmas Story is the worst movie ever made by a human. I ****ing hate it.

I think CP got the top 3 right but I'd go with a different order.
