Cinci strikes me as a team that peaked early. I wouldn't be surprised to see them lose momentum towards the end of the season and then everyone will blame Dalton. There's always one of those every year.
NE is the team to beat.

I think the Belichik will end up paying for his offeason moves at some point. No way you lose Revis & Browner out of your secondary and don't pay for it at some point. Their schedule is so laughable they'll likely lose only 1-2 games going forward at most & the AFC east is a joke like always but I'm paying close attention to how their D fares against Eli next week as that'll be more similar to the passing attacks they'll be facing in the playoffs.
Cincy is probably capable of beating them but Cincy will likely Martyball their way out of that game. I don't think Denver can keep up offensively. That leaves IMO Pitt. If Roethlisberger can get healthy they're the one team left, even without Leveon Bell, that is capable of really challenging them in the AFC. IMO New Englands biggest strength is McDaniels calls a game about as good as it can be called. New England is an excellent study in offensive sabermetric playcalling. They waste very few snaps.
