This team defines what a good team is. Did you see that folks? The Jays went into Yankee stadium and spanked them 6-0.

You know what's interesting guys? When a lot of critics, like yourselves, heh say we have pitching issues but guess what? Since the all-star break, the Toronto Bluejays have a 14-6 record with team 2.71 Era which is best in the majors.

Was totally expected for me. The writing has been on the wall for AA's departure since last winter when the owner was sniffing around Dan Duquette. As soon as Rogers hired Shapiro, it was an inevitability. AA wanted full autonomy within baseball operations (which you could argue he deserves) and that wasn't going to happen in Toronto at this point.
