Injuries and Sutton cost KC

I'm amazed that after Bell gashed them for 170, 7 games ago, that Sutton didn't focus on forcing a struggling Ben to beat them. Like Romo stated, KC wasn't playing the run in 1st half...

The back-up interior line finally showed it's warts against a fast defense...when you have all 3 players, out at the same time, it's going to catch up to you. Alex had no time...which was a toxic combination of having your #2/#3 WRs out. That put the offense completely out of sync...

Not too upset about this..I think if Sutton had sold out to stop Bell from the start, KC wins. If Gaines makes the INT, Chiefs probably win...

Steelers came ready to play...they were way more physical out there.

This was a winnable game for us, even after that rat **** first half. That's where all the anger is coming from with everyone. I guess that's the silver lining - even with getting pushed around for a half, we *should have* won. Build on this and go take it out on the Raiders.

What's going to annoy me is next week when Bell has 24 carries for 81 yards or some shit.

Put ourselves behind the eight ball early. Very winnable and frustrating that we couldn't quite get there in time.

Haven't seen any props to Bell around here. He gets props.

Giving up 17 points to a team with a HOF QB, the best running back in the league and a phenomenal receiver isn’t a problem.

The Chiefs lost because they were flat and ill-prepared.

By the time they finally got it going, Andy chose to go for it in 4th down and passed on 3 points.

I agree with this. It shouldn't take four quarters to wake up.

Should've could have would have

We didn't.

Time to move on to the Raiders

Roethlisberger will be HOF QB. He has not played at HOF level for some time. He's a real problem for them at this point, which is why it made little sense that the Chiefs weren't selling out to stop the run and bracketing Brown on every play. Ben has no athleticism anymore

What do you mean by 'some time'?

His last 3 seasons are among the best he's had.

I'd say he's had a rough start to the season.

Defense goy gashed and they sucked but the big difference today was on offense at the line of scrimmage. Protection sucked and we can no longer run the ball. Houston and now Pitt man handled out grou bd attack. That must change against Faiders or we willm go down again.

I must say, I don’t see why Bennie Logan got $8 million this year.

Another shitty Dorsey free agent contract.

Bell has the weirdest running style I’ve ever seen.

At times, it’s like he’s walking through a crowd.

He stops and starts on a dime and is incredibly slippery.

It’s really strange because it doesn’t seem like he’s doing anything but before you know it, he has 10 yards.

Maybe "the tape" can prove me wrong, but I don't see how his running style works without constant uncalled holding.

I think Bell's genius comes not from his vision (although it is impressive) nor his agility (which, again, is still top class). It's a brilliant calculation. He knows that holding happens on every play. He also knows that it's not called on every play. Therefore, he has nothing to lose by letting the OL hold in front of him while he waits for the right hole. He doesn't run into a wall over and over again and hope for the best. He doesn't panic and run at the first sign of daylight, because he knows that the OL can hold as long as it needs to. He simply lets nature take its course.

Also, the Steelers have paid off the ****in refs!!!! It's all a ****in sham!!!!

You know I never really believed in refs be paid to help teams win, that was until I saw the call in the Jets Pats game. I am now a firm believer that some refs get paid to favor one team unless your Ed Hochuli. He’s about the only ref I believe that is impartial

The biggest problem IMO was the defensive alignment. It is embarrassing to have Sorenson and DJ on the field vs this team. They saw that mismatch and exploited the hell out of it
