How many people out of 1,000 could tell the difference between a Zarda beef on bun and the same thing from Oklahoma Joe's in a blind taste test?
I bet less than 5.

That's what I get there when I've eaten there. I do love their beans too.

I was a fan of there Dairy not so much the BBQ. That was a long time ago. Best banana splits ever. Not to rain on your Zarda BBQ parade but you can do better many places. It isnt pure crap though.

We went to the Grandview Zarda BBQ all the time when I was a tyke, like 2-3xweek. Loved the spumoni. Also recall loving to eat half my cone then taking a big draw off the drinking fountain. They had a really cold fountain, and as a 4-5yo I was fascinated how sweet stuff made water really really yummy somehow. Wasn't until years later that I learned about palate cleansers.

As a preface, I have been to many other great places, but this is just one I haven't tried yet, so I'd like to try it. I've been to Oklahoma Joe's, Gates, Bryant's, LC's, Jack Stack, etc.
