Tell me about Zarda BBQ
 

I've never been there. Tell me what's good and what's not good.

Large beef on bun with fries is excellent there.

I was a fan of there Dairy not so much the BBQ. That was a long time ago. Best banana splits ever. Not to rain on your Zarda BBQ parade but you can do better many places. It isnt pure crap though.

How many people out of 1,000 could tell the difference between a Zarda beef on bun and the same thing from Oklahoma Joe's in a blind taste test?

I bet less than 5.

As a preface, I have been to many other great places, but this is just one I haven't tried yet, so I'd like to try it. I've been to Oklahoma Joe's, Gates, Bryant's, LC's, Jack Stack, etc.

That's what I get there when I've eaten there. I do love their beans too.

Average white people suburban BBQ...there are better and worse. I will give them props for their catering...always do a good job.

Ha... I like spicy shit so the sauce is a bit weak for my taste... You will see all kinds of different characters if you visit that spot during lunch time. A wide range of people.
