No, I didn't see any sign of #2 on TV or hear about it on the radio broadcast. Interesting.

Charles was probably fighting the urge to tell the backs coach to go fist himself. Horrific job by Hudson on that play. Charles had barely gotten out of his stance by the time that guy got through going for Alex.
Charles had no shot on that pickup. Hudson has to at least bump the guy or something. Don't just let him run by you. Good leadership display by Albert though. This is something we have needed for a long time. They did come together, and we won the game. The fought their asses off today and it paid off. A win like this is huge. Experience to draw on down the road when theyre in tough games, and can honestly say that they've been in that situation before and took care of business. Thursday is going to be rough. I really hate these short weeks. Less time to rest, less time to prepare, and they have to travel. Hopefully the desire to win this for Andy Reid because its his former team in his former house can give us the boost we need to pull it off.

We got lucky. Dallas is not that good. Our backfield will get torched. Our Oline needs to get their collective shit together. Watching Denver game was a dramatic comparison. Unless something dramatic happens they will gut the Chiefs and I hate Denver.
Color of pants? Really? And the sheer excitement of a band instead of Jazzersize? Charles is a question. Is he really ok? Have not seen anything that says he's really back. Our run game is weak right now and we need it to take the pressure off the pass. Maybe its the Oline. Glad for the win but that was not a game to impress anyone.

Nice antidote. Thanks for that. This is what I love about your write ups George. Do you take notes throughout the day, or do you remember all this stuff from memory?

During the fourth quarter, it was so loud, I could feel my car keys vibrating in my pocket.

LB: Houston was being held all day long and it never got called. Not even once. Dallas rushed for less than 40 yards. That's good. Whitten only caught a pass or two, nothing that hurts us. That's good coverage by LB's AND by Eric Berry, who had a good game today as well. Houston was getting held by the shirt over and over. You can watch the game playback and see that on passing downs. |

We've now matched our win total from last year with back to back wins. I don't care if the wins are pretty. I don't care if the wins are by 1 point or by 40. If they win the game, that's really all I care about. Good teams find a way to win football games no matter what transpires on the field.

I don't take notes, but I try to remember stuff so that when I get home I can talk about it. Gary and I also gave Abdullah a new nickname. We call him "I Keel You!"

Excellent write up George, as always.
I've gotten to where the losses don't bother me anymore, but the day sure is better after a good win. A win in which we had to fight a good team for. A win in which we look like a football team beating a GOOD football team. It was great. Watching the donks were probably not hitting the playoffs but goddamn this is better than dismal shit we've been doing. Oh and **** the cowbitches. |

Excellent reading as always. I really liked the part about Charles and Albert. Never would hear about that anywhere else. We need to keep leadership like that. I sure hope Dorsey gets him extended.
