I'm ok with this the more I think about it. Let Fisher take over next year, then tag and trade Albert. I don't want to commit big money to Albert who will be almost 30 and for an olineman not committing big money to him with his age and injury history. When we have Stephenson waiting.

He'll be 30 years old next season. Let him walk and take the compensatory pick. No team will trade for him. |

If we could trade for a high 3rd round instead of a late round comp pick.

IF ... we get a decent trade offer for Albert next year both IF's aren't longshots It could work out fairly well regardless of how painful it is for some taking an OL that high. Trading Albert and putting Fisher at LT this year would of been risky. It would of made our OL extremely young, especially in a transition year.

Ya I said trade him next year because this year we would've been really young on the oline . But even if we get a 3rd rd comp thats fine. No team would give what we wanted (2) this year. So its just a round off. Have a good oline this year. Let some young guys mature and next year let Fisher take over at LT and Stephenson RT.

It's actually quite different if you pull your head out of your ass. I'm not the one to argue this though since I really don't think Albert is as good as he's talked about on here.

Let's just let the Dorseid create a team in their image, and ignore the core talent that was actually worth a **** during the complete fiasco that was Peeholi, because that method has worked so very well for us!

This wasn't a terribly good move
We had a very good LT already... Now we are in a no win situation, lose him for a ham sammy and a bro job or overpay for him to begrudgingly move or have our #1 pick play RT etc I really do not see yet how this was a great use of our #1 overall once in a lifetime pick..... Unless Albert has worse physical problems than they are saying or Fisher is like a no-questions-asked top 3 LT then I really don't get it... I thought ALbert was pretty decent... **** it, I probably shouldnt waste my SUndays on the Cheaps any way

Yes according to Dane mcDipshit, letting him walk is an awesome move after spending our once in a generation #1 overall on an LT
I think in his country treading water and making lateral (at best) moves is "winning"
