docks are cool. I got a bose soundlink speaker and it booms. totally recommend it. bring it outside, the golf cart, anywhere. Bluetooth capability enables you to charge the ipod in the house but bring it outside if you want.

Ended up going with iPod Nano (7th Generation) and Bose SoundDock Series III, which has the lightning connector and automatically pairs w/ the Nano.

I gotta figure out if there is an alarm app I can get on this ipod that can wake me up in the mornings. I'd much rather wake up to my music than the shitty alarm I have now.

Grabbed this a couple years ago. Did a lot of research at the time and found this was the best. Amazing sound even when you crank it. Still love it.
