So, just so I understand, you worry about Geno's sideline frustration when things ren't going well, which only occured a couple times, and see that as a red flag which leads to questions for you about his viability as the #1 overall, but a guy whose maturity issues are Leafesque is worth a mid second rounder?

This is what I don't understand from fans. Do t want the best qb from a bad class but the 5 best?

IF it's a case of 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e instead of a clear 1 to 5, 1e in the 2nd or 3rd round is a much better risk than blowing the top choice of the draft on 1a. Is there a measurable daylight between the top 5? Folks here are arguing up and down about it. But the reality is we don't know until all facts are in.

Yes, and it's not really arguable at this point, in that most of the evals haven't even occurred yet.

I didn't choose Bray over Smith. But I might consider Bray a better value in the 3rd or late 2nd than Smith at the top of the draft. But I won't know until the interviews and the combine are in. If Bray's interview convinces the Chiefs brass that his "immaturity" was only a college phase I'll defer to Andy Reid.

There's NO VALUE in a QB that can't play...

This search for mythical "value" is about as silly as it gets...

Brady Quinn was a "great value" with how far he fell.

Or was he?...

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

Not to be picky. But you could have said 8 teams in the top ten.

How are you so sure Bray can't play. Bray's questions are about his head not necessarily his talent. If anyone's interested in him they have to really rely on the interviews to make sure his college incident(s) were just a couple of moments of a young man's immaturity that he will grow out of.

Quinn was thought of by many, including a big portion of the posters here as the top pick of the draft. So is Geno Smith.

A lot of the reports on Bray say he has a very low football IQ and no real passion for the game.

And I'm not sure who thought Brady Quinn was #1 worthy. Don't believe it was me (but my memory isn't all that great either).
