Has any other president faced the public disagreement Obama has?

Yes I think he is an embarrassment and a worthless shitbag. Now that we got that out of the way...

Several states have had citizens sign petitions to secede from the United States. Several law enforcement people have said they will not enforce new gun laws. Several states tried to sue over Obamacare. So has there ever been a president get the finger so openly in our history?

I don't understand this question. I thought WBush faced far more public disagreement than Obama has. Obama gets away with things that Bush would have never been able to. Well, he would have been able to, but he'd have had more people protesting (ala Code Pink, Cindy Sheehan, etc)

Obamacare’s fix for an American health care system that the federal government long ago broke, is to give the federal government far more power over American health care; that its solution to escalating health costs is to mandate greater health benefits (and, hence, higher costs); and that its solution to the pricey overreliance on pre-paid health plans — offered by insurance companies in lieu of real insurance — is to have the government require Americans to buy those pre-paid health plans under penalty of law.
