Reality TV is making Americans stupid. Nobody appreciates a good story anymore. They just want to see idiots act like idiots so they feel like less of an idiot.

My wife and I love the show as well. Which like you have said means it will be cancelled. I like how they have developed the characters and the interactinon with the Sheriff and Salvino is great.

There's also the gossip factor. People seem to like seeing bad shit happen to other people on "reality" shows because it's supposed to somehow make us feel better about our own pathetic lives. Culture has taken a turn from building up heroes to tearing down villains. The irony is that people aren't even bright enough to realize that all the reality shows are heavily produced, and if not exactly scripted, everything is planned-out and executed the way the production staff wants. |

Holy shit, he's going to lie to her about it. Dumb bastard.
Feels like a misstep in the writing. We'll see how it plays out. |

Good last couple episodes. Apparently there's a few episodes to go before the end of the season, but I can't find any info anywhere. Hopefully it doesn't get cancelled.

It's still up in the air right now but it isn't looking good. This is a great show. It is too bad that people just don't seem to want to watch it.
For whatever reason, CBS just can't seem to find a show that can pull in an audience in the 9pm slot. Last years show Unforgettable was a really good one too but got killed for the same reason.
