Off Season Lets Talk Guns
Been a while since we had a guns n' ammo discussion.
Some of you are AR shooters Im sure. Im looking at a Colt 6920. Will be my first AR. Picked up a Glock this fall and really enjoy shooting it. Any feedback on that weapon? Anyone else been in a buy/sell/trade mood with hardware? Part 2: http://www.chiefsplanet.com/BB/showthread.php?t=293623 Last edited by Bearcat; 07-28-2015 at 06:06 PM.. |

you got 30 seconds before the alarm goes off and the cops will be here within 2-3 mins most of the time.... I set it off one morning about 2 am and the phone was ringing off the hook within 20 seconds

How much does that service cost and who do you have it through? Is it independent of the house power? You may have just figured out another way for me to spend money on my guns. Thanks! |

' 19.99 per month monitoring Cut the power & the backup battery will power it for 4 days also you get a text when your alarm is tripped, power goes off/ comes back on/ when it's armed/ when it's disarmed... You can have an alarm system that you own for less that 400 bucks and no contract whatsoever No holes in any wall completly wireless |

My buddy killed a fourteen pointer yesterday. In his ****ing tighty whities, in his backyard. Had to climb a tree to shoot over his fence.
He has the perfect ****ing spot. Posted via Mobile Device |

It appears the Remington 887 I bought will not cycle hornady critical defense 8 pellet shells. It fires just fine, shoots a tight group. I am guessing its because the shell is slightly shorter than 9 pellet shells. I haven't read any other complaints about it.

I am not a shotgun expert, but I will ask my dad. He has forgotten more about shotguns than I will ever know.

Ok. I need a gun.
I'm needing something to eradicate varmints when I'm In the field. I am absolutely done with varmints and the need to GTFO. I'm looking at deer coyotes mostly and badgers if I can find them. I'm not too terrible experienced, but I'm a pretty fair shot considering the number of rounds I've been through. I usually get within 100-150 feet before they bolt depending on what I'm doing, sometimes much closer, 30-50. Not sure what I need, but it needs to be fairly compact to fit in the cab. Any ideas? |

Too small for deer in Missouri. I have a Browning .223 lever action that I just love. Lightweight and a deadly little ****er. Can go with the lightweight bullets for the varmits and heavier loads for deer
