I've seen model franchises like Tampa Bay, Baltimore, San Diego, Indianapolis, New England and the New York Giants build through the draft and keep a consistent winner on the field nearly each and every year.

My opinions and views are certainly not something new.

I agree about building through the draft. You can't criticize people who want some free agents since the Chiefs have so much cap room.
