Who is going to get this when it comes out???? Last year's version was really disappointing so I will be sure to rent Madden 09 first before buying it.

Well this game freezes up. I tried to go online into the lobbies, and everytime it freezes.

I took it back and got another one- still freezes.

I deleted the patch, and re-downloaded, still freezing.

Never had a problem like this with my PS3.

OOOOH MYY GOD.

I just played my first game. (there were 30 on the shelf)

And I have to say from my first game that the

game play is ATROCIOUS.

Receiving animations are RIDICULOUS.

Overall it is GARBAGE.

Every pass TG catches on a crossing pattern is behind him, and he does a stupid little jump turn catch that stops him in his tracks. The camera angles are horrible. the game is jumpy, and not nearly as fluid as NCAA, yet the Tennessee Vols, and the Kansas city Chiefs have almost the exact same play book.

I'm disgusted that I just paid 65 dollars for this. Hopefully it grows on me, but I doubt it.

08 was not a great game. 09 is WORSE.

I picked up the game on my lunch break have yet to play...

How can you stand the jumpy ass gameplay. It looks like that old Gameday shit.

Maybe I need time to get used to it, but I don't think it's near as good as NCAA, and I don't like college football near as much as pro ball.

This isn't your PS3 .. it's EA's servers

There are tons of people with the same issue right now

Ok check this. If Tony is on the right, in the slot or in tight, and does a crossing pattern, if he crosses the left hash, it doesn't matter if you try to lead him, the ball is behind him, and he does a jump twist that completely stops his momentum everytime.

You think maybe it's something to do with Brodie Croyle at QB? Go try it with Dallas Clark and Peyton Manning and see if it does the same thing.
