It will if it already hasn't...start to erode confidence in the coaching decisions. Players are loyal to a point, but when it becomes this obvious...they need to adjust...otherwise your feedback to them will begin to fall on deaf ears if they see that your standard for snaps is a burnt toast Dirty Dan.
