I thought the Denver Broncos were a great franchise because they didn’t accept failure? They fired John Fox because “13-3 wasn’t good enough! We don’t accept mediocrity!”.

Good to see they accept Herm Edwards level coaching by sticking with Vance Joseph.

Face it Knowmo, your team sucks and Vance Joseph took a better team than the one that Kubiak won 9 games with and made it a giant shitfest.

VJ almost got canned didn't he? Obviously Elway saw that the QB's didn't really give VJ a fair shake and he's gonna get another year.

I promise you VJ won't make it to week 10 if the team is playing poorly again.

Did Elway think long and hard about Joseph's fate? Yes because 5-11 will never sit well with him, especially lopsided nature of so many Ls. But in my multiple talks w/Elway in last 2 weeks he always circled back to giving Joseph chance with new QBs and assistant coaches. #9sports

^ Chiefs did this same shit with Scott Pioli and Herm Edwards. And like those Chiefs teams, they will prove how dumb of a mistake this was.

The year he died, Jack Elway was watching film of college QB's with his son John and he kept raving about this short little QB from Purdue named Brees. He didn't care how small he was, he knew he'd be special...

If Mayfield was 6’2 or more he would be a lock first pick in the draft. At 6’0 he’s more of a wild card because some teams refuse to draft short QB’s. Will be interesting to see how it plays out
