Winston might be interesting......do you think he won't be there in the next round? I would probably go Bryant but that's just me. You know your league.

Then it goes to snake for rounds 3-4 and then it's an auction. It's stupid, but it's a friends league and I like the guys in it. QBs go insanely quick. I think WRs are really deep and I can bid on the ones I really want if I lock in my 2 QBs early. It's 6 for TD, 300 yard bonuses. I'm really leaning Cam and then grabbing a WR at 4.12 and then loading up on WRs in the auction. I don't think Jameis will be there at the end of 4. Mariota went in the supplemental draft with the 7th overall pick.

I ended up taking Cam. I looked into it more and I think he has the best potential of the QBs left. I think Cam's numbers mirror 2 years ago.

Save your money. Instead, use it for hookers and blow.

QBs are FLYING off the board. Luck, Dak are the only ones left that could do some damage. Rivers is gone, Ben gone, Cousins gone. I don't have a WR1 yet. Hopkins, Allen Rob, Pryor all still available. So is Fournette. I have the last pick before the auction portion and have both RBs and my QB. Would you take Dak or any of those WRs?

You have to start 1, but you can use the QB in the flex spot.

Go Dak then. Bid on your WRs in the auction portion.

I love making this harder than it is. Dak or Luck? I do think that WRs may go for more than QBs. This is why I've scaled back fantasy the last few years. I've gotten indecisive in my older years.

And I would probably go with Dak over Luck. Luck isn't even a guarantee to play in the beginning of the season. |

For the auction, I took Luck at 36 (Dak went for 55). Took Bortles and Hoyer for 4 each should Luck's injury linger. Got Terrelle Pryor at 50, DaVante Parker at 35 and Moncrief at 7. I like Hopkins, Pryor and Parker as my starting WRs. Drafted Martellus Bennett at 16. Didn't draft a backup but I'll just stream someone. I'm pretty happy. Parker and Pryor were my 2 big targets.

Winston over Cam in a heartbeat. Jameis will have big numbers this year IMHO. Jameis's game is progressing and Cam's is idle on top of shoulder issues that will linger and give him another excuse why he should be better but is not. Cam still thinks the game is about him and refuses to be a student of the game relying on his athletic ability and now is being exposed. You would think after having his arse handed to him in the SB he would have been humbled and come back the next year more mature and focused to learn the game but he did not.
Dak and the Dez connection, I don't see it like everyone else. Dak is still a ? for me because he snuck up on everyone with an elite offensive line with Elliot as a RB. Fast forward, DCs now have studied Dak, Zeke is not a factor and Dez is still a diva with the Cowboys D mediocre at best. Cooper in a heartbeat. Carr is legit with a legit o-line to give him a great pocket. |
