Ha, damn Butera, why the hell are you so far from the plate? It is going to be important to not start a string of losses. Go out there today and get a W.

Ohh well just one loss. Butera needs to not be seen for a couple of weeks after his "effort" on that tag.

Why didn't we walk Nunez after the wild pitch?

Just a terrible game all around. Minor has certainly lost his luster.

Hasn't pitched in a couple years. Wondering if he's starting to run out of gas a bit. He did throw a lot of pitches tonight though. Maybe just a small burp... he definitely didn't seem super sharp tonight.

Ned was shit, too. Bringing Cahill back out for the fifth was stupid. Even pitching Butcher with Maurer available was flat out reeruned.

Realistically losing a game or even a series at Fenway was to be expected/accepted. They way we lost blew. Would have rather taken a 10-1 "shake or an move on" beating.

2 strikes. Go for the strikeout at that point. Butera had a rough night, but so did a lot of other people. Gordon sucked. Boni sucked. Moose sucked. Cahill looked rough. Gore has one job and he had a shit jump to get thrown out.

I'd like to know this as well. With 1 out and the winning run at 3rd base, why wouldn't you load them up to have an opportunity to get a double play or a force at home?

Leon was out by a mile. I have no clue why catchers get so far from the plate.
