If healthy, I trust in Howard to play well at NT. If the Chiefs can't extend him early into the season or after, then yes.. huge hole. Either way...
I like Dalvin Tomlinson from Bama, if he is available in the late 3rd/4th rd. Also a fan of DeAngelo Brown from Louisville on day 3. (thinking 5th rd)

Poe is easily replaceable . Pull up ANY game this year and watch the replay and focus on Poe. Chris Jones right now is 5x better than Poe. Poe got single teamed and pushed around .

Poe's back problems are more of a concern to me than anything else at this point. I think it would be a mistake to re-sign him at the price he's going to command.

Eddie Vanderdoes from UCLA could be a good 3rd rounder

Not a real great class for 0 techs. I'd give the job to Howard for now and draft a new one next Spring.

I think this would be my list:
Dalvin Tomlinson, Alabama, DT - 6'3" 312 Montravius Adams, Auburn, DT - 6'3" 308 Jaleel Johnson, Iowa, DT - 6'3" 309 Vincent Taylor, Oklahoma State, DT - 6'2" 310 Eddie Vanderdoes, UCLA, DT - 6'3" 320 Josh Tupou, Colorado, DT - 6'3" 362 Josh Augusta, Missouri, DT - 6'4' 365 I do prefer Adams as a 34DE, but I think he could bulk up a bit and be a NT. I think you look at Tomlinson, Johnson, Vanderdoes, Tupou, and Augusta as more of the traditional clogger/run-stoppers. I think Adams and Taylor offer more burst and versatility. |

Ya that'd be nice. I'm not a fan of keeping Poe because of his back. But if they kept Poe, I want him at end opposite of Chris Jones.

If we do anything other than give Poe an extension this year, we better draft NT as if it were our biggest need (unless the right QB were there).
