Our D did ok but what about that O. The O put up 14 points on one of, if not the worst defense in the entire league in our house. That is not good and has to be addressed. Our record although somewhat important is not the real or true measuring stick of how the factions of the team are performing and are going to be able to perform in the future on the road and in the playoffs or beyond, which is what this is all about.
When the offense is clicking you can't change what you are doing until they stop what you are doing. You can't change back to things that have not worked in the past. Ever noticed that when a team lets off the gas and doesn't finish the job they can never get the momentum that they had back to put it away after they let off?

The only reason this game was close is because Andy refuses to go for the win. Run the ball and punt th entire second half.

How dare you have anything critical to say after a win.

I liked the defensive game plan today. Brees is going to put up some numbers through the air. We were able to take away the quick strike offense. Their scoring drives took a lot of time off the clock.

If he stayed in assignment, then breez has nowhere to go with the ball and runs out of bounds for no play. the play where had cooks out of the backfield he took a horrible angle.

This was an extremely satisfying win, moreso than usual IMO

The Saints kept it interesting for sure... we didn't feast on a ton of mistakes other than Sorensons pick 6, and there weren't really any huge offensive plays outside of Hills big grab and Wares big screen

We pretty much won this one the old fashioned way, by simply out-grinding and out-hustling them... very enjoyable

And I had one of the best streams ever today... very few interruptions with great picture and sound

The most satisfying part of this game was holding the Saints to less than 24. That's huge with that offense.

Ultimately you are what your record says you are, which is a 4-2 team.

I think people get so worked up over Andy nursing a lead (which yes can be frustrating) that they just flat out ****ing ignore that there are games where that's actually a pretty decent plan. You want to keep Brees off the field and limit mistakes. Do people think that we should of got into a shoot out against Brees....with Alex Smith? I mean ****, come on.

They controlled the clock, held the Saints to a season low score and didn't get tore the **** up with injuries. It was a good win.

They're on track for playoffs, will get better and will get Houston back soon. Relax.

p.s. shut the **** up forever, laz.

Lot of young guys showed flashes today.

Conley
Hill
Jones
Ford
White

It's crazy that we lose good players like DJ, Houston and Gaines on defense in recent years but we still do well.

31 combined points given the last 2 weeks to 2 of the best Offenses in the league right now without Houston. Sutton has done a fine job recently despite some really bad **** up's.

This. I was stoked when they kept running the ball knowing it was taking a lot of time off the clock. How long did that scoring drive take to open up the 3 third quarter?
