Marty Schottenheimer ill?
Did anyone else catch Tim Grunhard on Petro's show the other day? Marty came up in a discussion about the temperaments of the 1990s Chiefs teams Grunny played on, and he mentioned almost in passing that "Marty isn't doing too well these days." He said something like, "I don't know if it's dementia or what you call it ..." And Petro indicated that he was aware of it as well. And that was it.
I don't remember hearing or reading that before. Is that common knowledge that I just missed? Anyone else have any info? UPDATED: It's official: Alzheimer's disease won't prevent Marty Schottenheimer from attending 30th reunion of Browns 1986 season Quote:

That entire 1995 Indy playoff game is on YouTube. If I ever go assisted suicide, I won't need a morphine drip or other drug cocktail to kill me. I'll just sit in a recliner and re-watch that game. Time of death: 42 seconds remaining.

Frickin' 10 to 7 to a weak-sauce Colts team. I literally remember exactly where I was sitting and what my living room looked like when that happened. That loss may actually be more painful than the AndrewLuckFest loss.

That was missing its big run-stopper Tony Siragusa. So of course the Chiefs put the ball in the freezing hands of Steve Bono to throw three picks. If they run the ball down the Colts' throats they likely don't need to rely on that ... that ... kicker guy's leg.

I know it was cold, but he should've caught that.

As a general policy, I blame that loss on every single person who was in that stadium.

It was so freaking cold that day. My pinky toes are still not right. It was the only game, that I'm aware of at least, that they let the fans leave the stadium at halftime to warm up in their cars and then were allowed to comeback into the stadium.
