Looking to buy an RV

I am at the point in my life where I want to do some camping and relax...

I want to buy a New RV , I want about a 16footer but I want it to be super light.

Looked at scamps and Catista on the internet and really like those and would like to see similar brands to these.

I have a V6 Explorer with the towing package , I am very experienced obviously at pulling very heavy trailers but thats not what I want... Just want something light in the 10k-15k range I can pay cash for.

Nice looking rigs guys. Your campers are nicer than my house. Except my kitchen. I'm fond of it.

You made a whole post about efficiency then you go on to say you can use a power inverter to power it.... Just saying

Quit being a pussy. It can't be that much worse than your fed ex truck. Except you know the whole cornering thing.

Friend of mines parents have this giant ass gooseneck ****er. Then they hook this enclosed on behind it. Then they pull. Car behind that. And expect a 1 ton pickup to pull it. I asked him why in the hell they don't get a little light duty fancied up semi to do it. They'd at least be legal then.

I got a resounding NOPE for something or other. But I think they got in trouble for being too long or something. At least yours is just a greyhound. Not trying to pull a train down the highway.

Got my pickup with me because I am only 25 miles from home for the maiden voyage but with my last motorhome I rarely towed a car.. we just go to the grocery store and stock up the fridge and usually never leave the campground...most have campground stores anyway

Martha Fock, I want one of those. Came --><--this close to getting an induction top range when my last one went tits up.

I've seen the NuWave on the market and am happy with my NuWave convection.

How do you like your unit? Reliable? Plenty of power?

You sure one of them isn't a kitty? Maybe it's that new hit detective show.

It goes up to 575 and has a sear setting ..gets the grill or pan hot really fast but the best part is it maintains the temp you set it at..like this first attempt for me with fried chicken on it... set it for 375 and you get 375 and it holds it there... those chicken thighs were some of the best I ever had and I used very little oil

Have you seen where Bose is looking to 'Bose-ify' the induction top.

Of course they'll gouge the shit out of it, but they have decent ideas, including integrating the induction unit into any counter surface. You could have a hardwood counter with the induction coil completely invisible inside it. Just put a pan on the counter and start cooking. The only thing that gets hot is the pan.

EDIT: they also incorporate aerogel into the pan so even the heat of the pan doesn't transfer back to the cook surface, just the interior cooking surface

75 gallon fuel tank? That isn't much. How far can you make it on a tank? Any idea what the GVW is? It still has to be legal right?
