I don't know who the replacement for Bradley is, but whoever he is needs to be starting in the Third-place Game.

It's easy to say "we suck" and call it a night, but remember that they are playing arguably the top team in the world right now. The gap between the two teams in class and talent is extremely large.

USA doesn't understand space and how to play off the ball.

Half the time we had possession, players were tripping over and around each other.

It's not so much the effort, but that team selection was garbage.

Beckerman and Zusi? Come on. Subs, sure, but they're not good enough. Bradley had an absolute shitshow of a night. Wondo was even worse.

We needed Pulisic and Nagbe out there way before they came on.

When I saw that Beckerman and Wondo were in the lineup I knew we were sunk. Both are great in the MLS and solid at general international play, but they just wilt against top tier competition.

Also, Bradley looks....old? He's pretty inconsistent compared to what he was able to do 4 years ago. Maybe the move away from Europe has hurt him?

Overall, the team looked nervous and mentally beat before the game even started. OOur touch was horrible and it gave away possession. It seemed like we held the ball for about 2 minutes. What did we have....like 0 shots on goal?

And yeah, I realize that we just played the best team in the world.

We were making shit touches against Columbia, too. I don't see any difference between the way we played last night and that first game.

Do you think it is mental/intimidation that is messing with their concentration or do you think it is a matter of pressure and game speed from the superior teams?

I know the U.S. has never been a team of supreme touch, but the regular trapping of a ball with a brick foot and having it bounce 5 feet away is ridiculous.
