Not sure why they would be out in the shed to do meth.

If you find odd things like used brillo pads laying around the shed, then that's a bad sign.

This. If they are tweaking, shit will sort itself out on its own. You never know what kind of crazies you'lol inadvertently associate yourself with if you put yourself in a situation where you are too involved, whether you are an accomplice or a sabotage to their operation(s). Who knows who these people know...
I've lived in an area that has been infested with tweakers for years. I've seen normal people become tweakers. You don't want anything to do with them... At all. They are a crazy bunch... And they will leave you alone if you leave them alone (and don't have a supply anhydrous ammonia. Trust me...time will sort things out and they'll eventually get caught. They always do. And if you give any sort of tip, make sure it's anonymous, anonymous, anonymous. |

Tweakers always have the same look to the face.. its hard to explain, sunken cheeks and eye sockets, sometimes very very slight.. I dunno maybe you had to grow up in rural Missouri to spot them instantly like I do.
