Let's look at the tree in the forrest. Did it make a sound? Since you weren't there,how do you know it even fell? You've already leaped assumptions. How do you know the story you read that it fell or the person that told you is telling the truth?

You can try to define logic all day but that doesnt mean what you saw happen on tv ,happen by and for the reasons you think it did.

The legal system is which lawyer can best the other regardless of truth. The legal system has nothing to do with truth and reality.
Often times procedure and legalities get in the way of truth.
Truth isn't something you need to prove. Truth exists whether you know how to prove it or define it or you dont.

The legal system is the human interpretation of truth,not the adherence to the actuality of what is truth.
