Given that Al Jazeera doesn't claim that Manning was getting, or taking, HGH, and the narrator of the documentary has stated that explicitly:

My point is why is Manning shown and referred to in the documentary if the reporter is now claiming he wasn't getting or taking HGH?

Why put him in the documentary?

If you want to do a legit story on sports doping you can find plenty of athletes with much more solid evidence that confirms their use of PED's.

Why refer to Peyton Manning?

Because HGH was being shipped to his house, and Manning was in a position where using HGH would have been beneficial to him. This is pretty basic stuff.

Again, unless Al Jazeera engaged in fraud, there's not a question about whether the stuff was shipped to the residence in the name of the wife. The question is whether or not the stuff shipped to the wife was used by the husband. That's where further investigation would come into play, but claiming that shipments to one's house is a weak link is asinine.
