Novice lifting can last anywhere from a few months to a year or two, depending on how hard you hit the weights and where you started. Once you've reached the point where you don't make regular progress on the SS program, you are ready to move on to the intermediate stage, which can last you for a good number of years. As far as diet, it's pretty much just as low fat as possible during the week, with two nights out on the weekends to eat whatever. During the week, I'll fast most of the day. Grill up some chicken breasts or low fat fish like Cod, Halibut, or Mahi Mahi. And I'll eat fruit in unlimited quantities. Maybe a protein shake before I go to bed, or if I wake up unbearably hungry, I'll have a shake in the morning right after waking. And lots of black coffee. I don't track calories or macros or anything anymore. I just know that if I keep the fat low, I can eat lean protein and fruit in unlimited quantities and keep my abs visible and make gainzz at the same time. |

I want something like a Prowler that will survive on asphalt. Anyone have any experience on one used on the street and how long the skis last before wearing out? Any cheap Prowler knockoffs?

What's the econo mean? I would only be using it in the afternoons but how loud is loud? My neighbors already hate me for my loud car.

Injury, illness, kids schedule... Way too many excuses.
Only valid excuse in my mind are these shingles. Can't move without pain. Have to get back on track once the crazyness of the holidays is done with. Goal is to have a six pack for first time in my life. Going to be hard to give up eating as much as I do! |
