Jesus... Baltimore's only receiving threat is a 50 year old Steve Smith (who dropped the game winning TD). Denver does have a great D, but it'll be pushing top 5 this year. Not all time. I don't see a huge difference between there's and Houston's

Knowmo won't show up if Denver losses. That's what I predict

Our offensive line handled Houston's defensive line just fine, and they're MUCH better than your DL. Want to make a wager that we score more than 10 points on your defense? |

I'm predicting loss because that's what Manning has always done to our ****ing team. Shitty offensive system aside, there's always something he can pull out of his butt to screw us over.

Wow.
I'm quite surprised by the amount of optimism in this thread in that the majority here are picking the Chiefs to win this game. I honestly thought there would be more of a balance where some would say Chiefs win and others would say they'd lose. I think the Chiefs are going to lose guys. Sorry. I'm a realist about this one. Manning OWNS us. But that's not reason #1 for my pessimistic attitude. I just feel he will outwit Sutton. He usually does most of the time anyway. Thing is, Manning is still the smartest QB in the league. You know when he enters that LOS he is gonna audible the plays to create mismatches against our defense. So he has that advantage. Even despite the fact that his arm is weak, he will still complete most of his short throws. All the other intangibles that he has (I.e., being able to see the field well and spot a receiver open in 2 seconds and getting the ball out quick to prevent sacks, exposing holes in our coverage and attack those holes) these things are still in his game. Yeah his arm strength declined but there are no cognitive or visual declines. Expect him to pick on Fleming and Peters. You know that will happen. And he will win. Rookie DB against the vet, I'm going with the vet. I think there will also be a good balance of run and pass for the Broncos. Their run game will gash us. I saw open lanes in that Houston game today for their RBs that I wasn't pleased about. Do that against Kubiak and Denver and we will pay for it. *I hope the Chiefs win though guys don't get me wrong. I want to be wrong and have that taste of crow. I want fivehead down just as bad as anyone else does. I fear we lose though. |

Watt and Clowney are not better than Von, Ware, Ray, Shaq, Malik, Annunike and Antonio Smith. You guys could put up more than 10 points if you get some big returns off of turnovers/ST's. But if your offense gets the ball at the 20 every possession you'll be lucky to cross midfield more than once. |
