Branch could end being one of the steals of FA...it's a long season.

FYP. With our oline, Davis just doesn't have the appropriate skill set. He's too indecisive. Maybe the zone scheme just doesn't work for him. He could be a quality pick up for another team, though.

Cooper isn't going to play much. I bet he's not here next season.

Cooper looked very good against AZ and was a starter.
Keep in mind, he's really only in his fourth season as a defensive player. He's got the size, speed and length to be a very, very good cornerback. Predicting next year, when he hasn't even played this year, is silly. |

He's not a starting QB. He's a back up. Regardless of what you think. It is what he is.

Davis needs the Chiefs line circa 2003 in order to make big gains. He's a decent backup but isn't decisive or shifty enough to be a consistent performer behind this offensive line.

Are you telling me that he couldn't beat out the lumps in Cleveland, Buffalo or NYJ? What? And hell, if the Chiefs start out 1-4 with Alex continuing to throw interceptions to linebackers as well as unsuccessfully pushing the ball down field (and looking like a shell of his former self), he could start in KC this year. |
