Love every Friday the 13th. Gotta go with Halloween 3 for the reasons stated above

Blair Witch 2 killed that franchise pretty good.

Didn't even know they made a 2nd. I saw the first one the day it came out when everyone(including an early 20's me)thought it was real. It was awesome. The minute it was revealed to be fake, it lost all relevance. I can't imagine how weak a sequel would have been

The best horror films never need a sequel. See "The Sixth Sense" and "The Others" as proof.

I'm not trying to start an argument, I'm just curious. It's definitely a thriller, for sure. The angles, shots and story, IMO, classify it as a horror film. |

And I'd go with Amityville 3-D with Halloween 3 a close second. And then the Hellraiser and Jason movies where they go to space. So dumb. |

I don't think your trying to start an argument at all, and nor was I. I would def say it's a suspense film or a psychological thriller which to me is different than a horror movie. A horror movie to me, has to create a feeling of fear. I never felt afraid while watching The Sixth Sense(oh and I'm not some macho guy that won't admit feeling fear. Hell, it took me until my late 20's to be able to watch The Shinning by myself).
